Ivory Gull not seen in Pembroke area in almost 20 years

The last time a rare Ivory Gull was seen in our area was back in March 2006 at the Pembroke Marina. The only previous record of this bird was in 1995 at Lake Dore. These two sightings are the only known records of this bird in Renfrew County.
