The Basque Councillor for Housing and Urban Agenda, Denis Itxaso, has called on PNV and EH Bildu to maintain an agreement to approve in Congress the so-called 'Decree Maricarmen' and to transfer, in this way, to the Lower House "the Basque tradition of pact, agreement and search for shared solutions".
