St. Charles-Based Milestone Equipment Selling Chassis Business to ITE Management

- Amid a push to grow its multimodal platform, ITE Management L.P. seeks expansion to establish a new independent chassis provider while Milestone Equipment Holdings LLC focuses on trailers and containers across more than 70 locations.
- Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP advised ITE, Stephens Inc. and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP advised Milestone, and the transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026.
- The acquisition strengthens ITE Management L.P.'s position in core freight infrastructure, and Milestone Equipment Holdings LLC allows greater investment in national trailer and container business segments.
- Milestone Chassis will operate from the Chicago area as an independent company, positioned within Milestone's nationwide logistics network of over 110,000 assets.
