In a statement, the entity led by Andrea Orcel has informed that it will shortly submit a complaint to the TAR Lazio (Regional Administrative Court of Lazio) to address the existing reservations about the legitimacy of the so-called 'gold power' as applied in this case, both in Italian law and in that of the EU.
