The chain of La Mafia sits at the table has announced its evolution of brand and is renamed La Famiglia sits at the table. A change of identity that the company points out as strategic, and that comes after more than two decades building a hole of its own in the field of casual dining.

The CEO of the company, Javier Floristán, has pointed out in a meeting with journalists that "a word does not change 25 years of history" and that "the important thing has never been the name, but what happens inside" of their restaurants.
