Rome.-In a new contact with Middle Eastern leaders, the Italian premier, Giorgia Meloni, agreed today with Saudi Crown Prince Mohamed bin Salman Al Saud on the need for an immediate ceasefire in the Gaza Strip in a telephone conversation they both had. The conversation, reported an Italian government statement, " provided an opportunity to address the latest developments in the Gaza conflict, as well as the main issues of bilateral cooperation."
