Italian Police Arrest University Student on Suspicion of Terrorism

A 20-year-old Egyptian university student was arrested in Lecco, Italy, after the Digos anti-terrorism unit found jihadist propaganda and instructions for making explosive devices on his computer during a search of his home. Authorities have opened proceedings against him for possession of material suitable for the preparation of terrorist acts.
