The Attorney General’s Office (FGE) of Puebla issued a statement clarifying the case of alleged fentanyl in tamales reported in the municipality of Huauchinango. “The minor who remained hospitalized was tested for antidoping, which reported positive qualitative results to barbiturates, methadone and fentanyl.
CSP informs that the government investigates whether intoxication of minors in Puebla was with fentanyl, and how it will have reached food in public.
According to the medical side, the patients had symptoms compatible with poisoning and one of them recorded seizure.
