At a separate meeting in Geneva, Vladimir Medinsky communicated with NSDC Secretary Rustem Umerov and the head of the Servant of the People faction in the Verkhovna Rada, David Arahamia. This was announced by the press secretary of the head of the NSDC Diana Davityan.
This was reported by the Western media. The conversation lasted about an hour and a half. In connection with this, a lot of questions immediately arise. 1. Who was the initiator of such a meeting?
