The government has included in the draft state budget for 2027 an increase in the subsistence minimum by 10.9%. Separate amounts are provided for able-bodied persons, pensioners and some civil servants.

In Ukraine in 2027, the minimum pension will increase from 2595 to 2878 UAH At the same time, as of July 2026, the actual subsistence minimum (poverty line) for a pensioner reaches 7455 UAH.
