The election for acting mayor of Üsküdar Municipality, which was ordered to be rerun following an objection from the AKP, has begun. The first round of voting started at 9:00 AM. In Üsküdar, the AKP-MHP and CHP-YENİ Party groups each have 21 members. In the first round of voting, the AKP candidate has 22 members, while the YENİ-CHP alliance has 22 members.
The election of the deputy president in the Municipality of Üsküdar is being held again today.
