Of the 24 people detained in the operation targeting Ağaç ve Peyzaj A.Ş., a subsidiary of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM), and subsequently referred to the courthouse, 4 were released under judicial supervision. Of the 20 people referred to the courthouse, 12 were arrested while 8 were released under judicial supervision.

In the investigation into the "Imamoğlu Organised Crime Group," 23 suspects who were detained on the allegation that tenders were rigged by operating an irregular, fictitious tender system through Ağaç ve Peyzaj AŞ (Tree and Landscape Inc.) were referred to the courthouse.
