Israeli strike kills two people in Gaza, medics say
Health officials said several others were wounded as Israel continued strikes in the enclave after the October ceasefire.

- The Israel Prison Service rejected allegations of abuse as "false and entirely without factual basis," citing adherence to Ministry of Health guidelines. The visit occurred at the underground Rakefet interrogation facility in Nitzan Prison.
- Israel and Hamas remain deadlocked in indirect negotiations over the ceasefire's second phase, which includes disarmament and Israeli army withdrawals. US-appointed peace envoy Nikolay Mladenov stated both parties have violated the agreement.
