An Israeli NGO said Tuesday that it asked the International Criminal Court (ICC) to consider taking legal action against the president of the Spanish government, Pedro Sánchez, for allegedly "helping war crimes" through exports to Iran.
The organisation Shurat HaDin accuses Madrid of supplying Iran with explosives-related dual-use components that may have contributed to attacks against civilians.
