Today, Tuesday, the occupation authorities issued three new military orders aimed at some 339 dunums of citizens' land in the governorates of Jenin, Ramallah and Al-Bireh, and ordered the removal of vegetation cover and the uprooting of olive trees and other trees, under the pretext of "security measures," as declared by the Authority for the Resistance of the Wall and Settlement.
The PLO-affiliated Council reported that Israel has issued five new military orders to uproot olive trees on 533.5 dunams of Palestinian-owned land in the West Bank. The orders cover Ramallah, Jenin, and al-Bireh, while the total number of orders covering 2,300 dunams by 2026 is stated to be 53.
