Israeli forces killed a Palestinian family of four in the West Bank, with conflicting reports on the incident and rising violence, UN data shows.

- The Israeli military said it is investigating the shooting while the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the killings and rights groups said movement curbs delayed Palestinian Red Crescent ambulances last week.
