Israeli fire kills three people in Gaza, medics say
Medics said an airstrike on a vehicle and separate gunfire incidents wounded five others, as ceasefire talks remain deadlocked.
Israeli fire killed at least three Palestinians in separate incidents across the Gaza Strip on Tuesday, Gaza health officials said.
A ceasefire brokered by President Donald Trump has failed to halt Israeli attacks, while Israel and Hamas remain deadlocked in indirect talks over implementing the second phase of the deal.
Medics said an airstrike hit a vehicle east of Deir Al-Balah, killing one person and wounding four, while another strike in Zawayda killed one and Israeli gunfire killed a man in Khan Younis.
The Israeli military did not immediately comment on the incidents; the ceasefire leaves Israel in control of more than half of the Gaza Strip, with Hamas controlling a sliver of coastal territory.
Since the truce began, health officials report 930 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli strikes, while the country's military confirmed four Israeli soldiers were killed by militants during the same period.
