In response to the threat from the Israeli Minister of War, Hamas's chief of staff described it as an example of organized terrorism.
The Islamic Resistance Movement (IRM) described "Hamas" as the threats made by Israel's Minister of War, Sirael Kats, to assassinate the head of its political office, Khalil Al-Hiviyah, as "organized State terrorism," as reflecting, in its words, the political bankruptcy of the occupation government and its extremist members.
