Israeli aid delegation begins work in Colombia following deadly earthquake

- Led by the IDF Home Front Command in cooperation with the Defense Ministry and Foreign Affairs Ministry, the delegation focuses on two major sites. One location is the university hospital, where engineers are restoring the damaged medical wing.
- Mapping efforts and building assessments have begun to establish priorities for the ongoing response. The IDF Spokesperson's Unit is establishing data management systems to help navigate situational assessments and decision-making.
- Currently, Colombia has requested rescue teams from four countries: Ecuador, Salvador, and Israel. These international partnerships coordinate with local professionals at multiple impacted sites.
