Amnesty International (AI) reported Thursday that Israeli forces stepped up efforts to speed up the annexation of the occupied Palestinian territories, with new illegal land confiscation orders in the West Bank, including in the area managed exclusively by the Palestinian Authority.
Amnesty International said Israel's increased land seizures and illegal settlement activities in the West Bank violate the Oslo Accords and expand the annexation agenda. The organization called on the international community to impose sanctions on Israel.
