Isère. A Month After Disappearing From a Motorway Rest Area, the Runaway Cat Has Finally Been Found.

A family from Versailles, who had gone on holiday to the Hautes-Alpes, ended up spending part of their summer searching for their cat, Chanel, who disappeared during a stop at the L’Isle-d’Abeau motorway service area (Isère). After nearly a month of searching, Chanel was finally found safe and sound, reports Le Dauphiné Libéré.

This stop marked the beginning of a nightmarish summer holiday: their black cat, Chanel, had run away. The vacationers spent 12 days at the rest area searching for her. Supported by associations and volunteers, they finally found the little runaway during the night of Friday, September 4th to Saturday, September 5…

A family from Versailles near Paris canceled their vacation in the mountains at the beginning of August to find their cat, who had run away during a break on a picnic. The cat was found 28 days later.
