IRR cohosts webinar on fixing local government - Daily Friend

"Fixing South Africa's Broken Municipalities" is the title of a webinar next week at which the Institute of Race Relations (IRR) will be introducing a new in-depth study of local government. The IRR report, Local Government: Crises decades in the making and how to deal with them, will be presented in the webinar at noon next Thursday by its author,IRR Projects and Publications Manager Terence Corrigan.
