Over 600 people killed in Israeli attacks in Iran: Health Ministry
- Iran's Ministry of Health reported that at least 610 civilians have been killed and more than 4,700 injured in the conflict with Israel.
- Spokesperson Hossein Kermanpour stated that the casualty figures include 44 women and 13 children among the dead.
- Kermanpour also reported that five doctors and paramedics were killed in Israeli airstrikes.
- The announcement coincides with a ceasefire agreement following a declaration by US President Donald Trump to halt hostilities.
