Okoboji High School Trap Team takes state title

Competing against 10 other high school teams featuring nearly 150 student athletes, the Okoboji trap shooting team captured the Championship at the Iowa Trap Shooting State Tournament held at Ackley on Saturday, May 31. The Iowa High School League is part of the USA Clay Target League that started in Minnesota with 30 shooters from 3 teams and in 2025 had 39,000 shooters from 2000 teams in 36 states.
