DES MOINES, Iowa -- Another name is changing in downtown Des Moines. Hy-Vee Hall will soon be known as EMC Expo Center. Polk County and Oak View Group, the operators of the Iowa Events Center, announced Monday morning a new 10-year naming rights partnership for the exhibit hall and meeting space that will take effect January 1, 2025.
