A blighted property on Riverside Drive with vehicles submerged in the Grand River was a main topic of conversation at Tuesday evening's Ionia Township Board meeting. Guernsey Road resident Dick Unrath described the property at 1409 E. Riverside Dr. as “an absolute dump” that he has been reporting to various agencies for three decades, to no avail.
