The Township of Horton will be getting some help as more pressure is put on local infrastructure. A $36,000 investment by the Canada Community-Building Fund has improved a stretch of Lime Kiln Road, a main roadway that allows drivers to use Highway 17 without requiring a detour to Renfrew.
