Inuvik RCMP say they're investigating homicide at local business

Inuvik RCMP say they're investigating the death of a 38-year-old woman, who died on Thursday.

The NWT Homicide Victim List is available here On October 30, at around 9:30 p.m., Inuvik RCMP were called to a business on Industrial Road after receiving a report that someone had been killed. Police said a 38-year-old woman was rushed to hospital, where she was pronounced dead. A 47-year-old man was taken into custody. Police believe that the suspect and victim were known to each other.
