Internet Fraudsters Killed Two Carinthians

A 68-year-old Carinthian woman lost more than 100,000 euros to Internet fraudsters. According to the police, she wanted to invest on a trading platform on the Internet. A man contacted her, set up an account to which she paid several tens of thousands of euros. When she wanted a payout, she paid tens of thousands of euros in fees. Further payments were made to alleged lawyers and other trading platforms before she filed a complaint.
