International music legends coming to Trenton for 28th Jazz on the River

The longstanding name for Trenton’s upcoming popular festival is “Jazz on the River,” but in the city it also is being referred to as “All-Star Weekend.” Every year, some of the most noted international jazz musicians come to Trenton for the musical extravaganza.
