The motorcyclist surveillance operations are maintained permanently in Saltillo, where so far this year 1,300 motorcycles have been insured for failing to comply with different provisions of the Transit Regulations.Miguel Ángel Garza Félix, Commissioner of Security and Citizen Protection, explained that the actions seek to reduce risks and prevent accidents related to the use of motorcycles.
