Celaya, Gto.- Four vats buried with 40,000 liters of hydrocarbons of illicit origin as well as a clandestine takeover were located and secured by elements of the Public Security Forces of the State (FSPE) in Celaya. The finding, reported by the Secretariat of Security, was made during a preventive surveillance operation in the First Fraction colony of Crespo after security elements identified a strong smell of hydrocarbon on a dirt road.
