An insulin pump emitting a high-pitched noise from inside a garbage can early Monday drew an emergency response from the New Jersey State Police Bomb Squad and led to several evacuations, authorities said.The Princeton Police Department received a call about 12:06 a.m. about a suspicious sound coming from a garbage can on Hulfish Street near the Palmer Square municipal center.
