Instacart launched Clementine, an artificial intelligence assistant who transforms conversations, recipes and shopping lists into ready-to-buy carts. According to the announcement, the tool operates in the United States and Canada, and seeks that the platform not only delivers food, but also becomes the starting point for deciding what to eat, how much to spend, and what products to buy.
