The 82-year-old actor went discreetly to the Loire at the end of March to shoot a documentary with artist JR about his father, a painter who had lived in Saint-Just-en-Chevalet in the 1960s.
The commune of Saint-Just-en-Chevalet welcomed American actor Robert De Niro and his team for three days of filming, at the end of March, in the footsteps of his father. Painter, the latter had resided a few months on the commune in 1963.
The American actor came to the commune of Saint-Just-en-Chevalet, near Roanne, in the footsteps of his father, who had stayed there, revealed Le Progrès.
