City police were called to a Sidney Street apartment building at 11 a.m., where they found a male who was awake, but bleeding from lacerations to his head.   In addition, officers learned the male had lost consciousness at one point and had to be transported to the hospital, where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.   It was learned that the …
