Innocent driver injured after street racing prompts crash in Vacaville, police say

Two drivers who were street racing caused a crash in Vacaville on Monday night, sending one uninvolved driver to the hospital, the police department said.

One person was injured on Tuesday after the driver of a vehicle, allegedly involved in an illegal race, crashed into an intersection in Vacaville. The accident occurred around 8:00 p.m., in the Cliffside Drive and Peabody Road area, police reported.
