Four people were taken to the hospital after a five-car crash on Interstate 93 in Boston early Friday morning, officials said. Massachusetts State Police, Boston Fire and Boston Emergency Medical Services responded to a five-car crash with injuries on the southbound side of the highway at Columbia Road just before 5:30 a.m., Tim McGurik, a state police spokesman, wrote in an email.
