The Regional Court in Pilsen sentenced Petr Kubík, a former prison guard at Ostrov Prison, to two years in prison with a two-year probationary period. He was found guilty of using an electric stun gun, a so-called Taser, against a lying prisoner. The shock hit the convict on the body and genitals.
