'Inflammatory' Diet During Pregnancy May Raise Child's Diabetes Type 1 Risk

DENMARK, JUL 1 – Children born to mothers with higher inflammatory diet scores during pregnancy had a 16% increased risk of developing type 1 diabetes, based on a large Danish birth cohort study.
