Infant among three injured in fiery I-84 crash in Pendleton; driver arrested for DUII

PENDLETON – Three people, including an infant, were seriously injured in a single-vehicle crash on Thursday in Pendleton that shutdown the eastbound lanes of Interstate 84. Oregon State Police said a Dodge Durango driven by Cullen Derr, 38, of Battle Ground, Washington, was traveling eastbound while towing a custom-built utility trailer when the vehicle left the road for an unknown reason.
