Ineos now produces honest off-roaders on a frame, following in the tradition of the first Land Rover Defender. But it too cannot avoid the need to reduce emissions, which it initially wanted to do by developing the electric Fusilier model. However, in the end, it seems that it will choose to cooperate with Chery to save time.
Minister of Industry Sifi Ghrieb received, on Wednesday, a high-level delegation from the Automobile New Generation company, including representatives of the OMODA/JAECOO company, specialized in automobile manufacturing under the parent company Chery, as well as the Algerian partner represented by the CEO of the Iris group, to discuss the project of manufacturing tourist vehicles in Algeria, indicated a press release from the ministry.
