Indra Group has convened the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for next November 28 at 12 noon, in second call, at the headquarters of the group in Alcobendas, with the main objective of subjecting to the approval of the shareholders the acquisition of 89.68 % of Hispasat’s share capital.
