- Companies also agreed joint ventures including a US$4.89 billion semiconductor deal between Essence Global Group and an Indonesian partner, while Freeport‑McMoRan secured a mining permit extension beyond 2041, chairman Richard Adkerson said.
- In recent years, USABC valued Indonesia's purchases of soya beans at US$685 million and wheat at US$1.25 billion, which could boost US farm exports.
- Notably, some announcements lacked public price tags, including lumber, furniture, and a transnational free trade zone pact between Galang Bumi Industri and Solanna Group, while USABC valued parts of the package at over US$7 billion.
