The Indian customs authority has sided with the Ministry of Health in the dispute over the sale of nicotine bags at airports and thus opposes the Adani Group. Although customs-free shops enjoy tax advantages, they are not exempt from other regulations, the authority stated in a written statement filed with a court in Mumbai.
