- On Friday, the Twin Falls Police Department released surveillance and body-worn camera footage documenting the Aug. 1 mass shooting at the Twin Falls In-N-Out Burger, showing the gunman's movements from the drive-through to his death.
- Chad Williams, 24, opened fire on Aug. 1, killing three people and wounding seven others during the busy afternoon at the shopping center. Victims included In-N-Out employee Ashley Garibay, Christopher Claunch, and Dale Schultz.
- Former police officer Austin James and an unidentified off-duty trooper confronted Williams during the attack. Twin Falls Police Chief Matthew Hicks stated their actions "absolutely saved lives" by driving the suspect away from the scene.
- In-N-Out CEO Lynsi Snyder honored the victims, stating the gunman ended his life after taking the "precious lives" of innocent people. Police said the motive remains unknown as of Friday.
- Authorities confirmed Williams acted alone, with video narration showing he died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Officials maintain there is no reason to believe another shooter was involved in the attack.
