ACT has identified 23 cases in violation of the Amending Act since 2021 13 warnings to employers in the last five years.
Between 2021 and 2025, the Labour Conditions Authority advanced with the application of 10 fines and made 13 warnings to companies that prevented the enjoyment of the right of allowance for amalgamation or relief.
