Act Has Identified 23 Cases Since 2021 in Violation of the Amending Act

The Labour Conditions Authority (ACT) identified 10 irregularities that led to the loss of employees' right to abstinence and made 13 warnings to employees in the last five years. Only in the year 2023 there were no companies executed, but there were always warnings about "infractions to legal regulations" revealed to the Act today, stating that the numbers of 2024 and this year are still provisional.

Between 2021 and 2025, the Labour Conditions Authority advanced with the application of 10 fines and made 13 warnings to companies that prevented the enjoyment of the right of allowance for amalgamation or relief.
