The project promoters and inhabitants of the Lot-et-Garonne territory had an appointment, this Wednesday, 12 June, with the elected representatives of the department within the Aganese premises of the Comité Départemental.

Now subject to the fire safety rules specific to residential buildings – and no longer to the ERP rules – the inclusive housing will have to comply with specific constraints as early as 2027, which a decree and above all a decree of 11 June 2025 came to lay down. However, for Christian François, a former NGO representative at the CNCPH, the provisions of this decree raise some concerns about the safety of occupants.
