CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- An incident on Interstate 85 in Charlotte snarled traffic for miles Friday afternoon.  According to the N.C. Department of Transportation, emergency crews responded around 3 p.m. on I-85 South at Brookshire Freeway (Exit 36).
