The Ministry of Culture of the Government of Mexico, through the National Institute of Anthropology and History (INAH) has confirmed that conservation work in the Pyramid of the Moon has been completed, so that the ascent to this structure of the Archaeological Zone of Teotihuacán has resumed.

The INAH has announced the completion of conservation efforts at the Pyramid of the Moon at Teotihuacán.

The Pyramid of the Moon is once again open to the public after being closed since 2020 due to the pandemic and conservation work, reported the National Institute of Anthropology and History (INAH). As of May 19, 2025, visitors will be able to access this emblematic site again, although they will only be allowed to climb the first body of the pyramid to preserve the structure and guarantee security.
